Partner Application Terms

A clear application process designed for serious recruitment partners.

Application and review

Submitting a profile asks Blue Staffing to assess a potential collaboration. It does not by itself create an agency, supplier, partnership, exclusivity or other contractual relationship.

Free company profile

Creating, saving, reviewing and submitting the initial company profile is free. A complete submission makes the verification routes available; it is not approval and does not guarantee a commercial opportunity.

Standard and Priority Verification

After reviewing and submitting complete company information, an applicant can choose Standard Verification for €4.90 plus VAT where applicable, with a target of seven business days, or Priority Verification for €9.90 plus VAT where applicable, with a target of two business days. Targets begin after confirmed payment and receipt of complete information.

The portal is a business-to-business service. Romanian VAT is charged for Romanian customers and in other cases where the submitted business evidence does not support cross-border B2B treatment. A valid EU VAT ID is checked through VIES before reverse charge is applied. The final tax breakdown is shown in Stripe Checkout before payment.

Both routes use the same qualification criteria. The fee covers company verification and application processing; it does not guarantee approval, a contract, candidate orders, projects, placements, exclusivity, income or any positive outcome. Missing information, verification needs, security review or events outside reasonable operational control may pause a target.

Blue Staffing does not charge candidates through this Partner Network process. Partner applicants are responsible for ensuring their own recruitment practices comply with applicable law and disclosed policies.

Accuracy and verification

Applicants must provide accurate, current information and have authority to represent the named company. Blue Staffing may verify registrations, licences, references and operational claims before any approval.

Commercial relationship

Only a separately signed agreement can create active collaboration or commercial obligations. Blue Staffing may accept, request more information, reject or archive an application based on its compliance and commercial review.
